These general conditions of sale ("General Info") are set by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments) and by the rules of electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003 and smi). These rules are exclusively applied to the online sale of the Products shown on the website www.oliolevi.com.

The Products and their Prices as you find them on the website are submitted to you in accordance with the rules of the General Conditions and the rules of the Site itself. The Conditions of this offer apply only to the purchases made on the Website. The purchase contracts that are stipulated on the Site are concluded with LeVi di Lembo Maria Alberta.

The personal data that we collect  will only be processed during the finalization of purchase and the shipping services.

SHIPPING AND WITHDRAWAL

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Our products can currently be delivered all over Europe.

Shipments are taxed depending on the package and its weight. Each package is shipped separately.

It is not possible to ship multiple packages. We use an insured delivery service and we do all we can to make sure that you receive the order within 10 working days. € 43.45 of customs taxes will be added for extra-CEE countries.

Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

You have to sign each order you receive so we can make sure that you get your package.

Most orders are processed once the online purchase is completed.

The order is sent as soon as the payment is approved and the shipping address is verified.

You will receive an email as soon as the order is shipped. By working days we mean from Monday to Friday, except for the holidays.


Once the products exit the warehouse, the delivery time depends on your address.

 

Your billing address and your shipping address can diverge, as long as the two addresses are located in the some country.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer is a "Consumer", as stated in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, they have the rights referred to in Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/02/2014 n.21.

Therefore they have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract (hereinafter "Right of Withdrawal") for any reason, without explanation and without any penalties.

The methods to do so are specified below.

The Withdrawal may concern all (Total Withdrawal) or only a part (Partial Withdrawal) of the LeVi Products purchased by the Consumer. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer (other than the Carrier), acquires physical possession of the Product (s) (hereinafter "Withdrawal Period").

The right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending - before the expiration of the Withdrawal Period- a notice of withdrawal (hereinafter "Notice of Withdrawal") by means of paper mail addressed to:

The Withdrawal Notice can alternatively be sent - within the same period - by e-mail to the following address: info@oliolevi.com or you can fill out the withdrawal form. The Notice of Withdrawal must specify the wish to withdraw from the Purchase and it must point out the Product/s for which you want to exercise the right of Withdrawal.

We have a specific form to simplify the process of Withdrawal that you can download here: " the Right of Withdrawal Form".

In order to follow the right method of Withdrawal, as outlined in art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code, LEVI will forward the Record Number to the Consumer via E-MAIL.

The Record Number must be stated by the Consumer when they return the Product (s) (hereinafter "Return"). The Return of the Product / s must happen within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer has expressed his decision to withdraw pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code.

This aforementioned deadline will be respected if the Consumer sends back or returns the Products / or objects subject to withdrawal before the expiration of 14 days.

The Consumer can return the Product / s and but he has to provide for the shipment.

For any information, you can contact us through the channels listed in the "Contact" section of the Site.

We remind you that the transport costs related to the return of the Product / s are borne by the Consumer and that the Return is under the complete responsibility of the Consumer himself.

We also remind our Consumer to check the state of the products you return. You have to make sure that the object (s) are intact (s) and in their normal state of conservation, included in the original packaging, complete in all its parts.

The Consumer will not be burdened by the expenses related to the return of the Product / s object of Recess if they decide return the order by the day after the stipulation of the contract.

The Consumer, in accordance with current legislation, will be responsible for the damage (decrease in the value of the Product / s) except for the operations done to establish the state and the disposition of the product.  If the right of withdrawal has been correctly exercised according to the provisions of Articles 52 et seq., LeVi will reimburse to the Consumer the full amount they previously paid for the purchase of the Products. The Delivery Costs are included in the refund if the Consumer returns the product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they expressed the desire to exercise the right of Withdrawal. The amount will be reimbursed by the same means of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction, unless the Consumer expresses the will to be refunded with another mean of payment. The alternative mean of payment cannot incur any additional costs as a consequence of the reimbursement. LeVi, has the right to withhold the reimbursement until it has received the Products / o or until the Consumer has demonstrated that he / she has sent the Products / o, depending on which of the two situations occurs earlier.

LeVi can withhold the reimbursement according to the art. 56 of the Consumer Code as amended by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014.
